How to use the Image Color Picker

1. Upload or drag and drop any image into the tool.
2. Hover over the image to see the magnified loupe and live color preview.
3. Click on a spot to add that color to your palette.

Why the same photo can yield slightly different picked colors depending on where you click

A single "red shirt" in a photo isn't actually one uniform color at the pixel level. Lighting, shadow, fabric texture, and JPEG compression artifacts all introduce small pixel-to-pixel variation across what looks like one solid color to the eye. For picking a representative color from a photo (rather than a flat digital graphic), zoom in and sample from a few different points in the area you care about, then pick the value that looks most representative, rather than trusting a single click to capture "the" color of a naturally lit, textured surface.
