How it works
The resizer redraws your image at the new dimensions. When aspect ratio is locked, changing one dimension automatically adjusts the other to keep the original proportions.
Smooth scaling is enabled by default, which produces clean results when making images smaller. For pixel art or screenshots where you want crisp edges, try using exact multiples (50%, 200%, etc.).
Percentage-based resizing is useful when you need to reduce file size proportionally. A 50% resize reduces the pixel count by 75% (half width times half height), which typically results in a much smaller file.
