How it works
The calculator uses the relationship between pace, time, and distance — if you know any two, it can solve for the third. Enter your distance and finish time to find your pace, or enter a pace and distance to predict your finish time. You can also enter pace and time to see how far you'd go.
Split tables break down your race into per-kilometer or per-mile segments, showing cumulative time at each marker. This is useful for setting a race strategy or programming intervals on a treadmill. Common race distances like 5K, 10K, half marathon, and marathon are available as quick presets.
Pace is displayed in both minutes per kilometer and minutes per mile, so you can use whichever unit your watch or training plan calls for. All calculations run instantly in the browser with no network requests.
