How to use the Focus Room

1. Select your preferred ambient sounds and adjust the volume sliders to create your ideal soundscape.
2. Set your desired work session length and break duration, or use the default 25/5-minute Pomodoro intervals.
3. Click Start to begin your focus session. The ambient sounds will play while the timer counts down.
4. When the work session ends, take the suggested break. The timer transitions automatically between work and rest periods.
5. Return anytime: your sound preferences and timer settings are saved for your next visit.
